Hot Water Prep & Massage with Argan Oil Taylor 1000 Sheffield 6/8th + Fitchard Pure Badger Blue Brand Goats Milk Tallow Soap Humphreys Witch Hazel I got this Mint NOS Taylor 1000 6/8th+ in the Post this Morning..Close to a 7/8th..I got it for £21.00 from EBay..It was Kinda Hidden Away..There is Not a Mark on it..I Honed it on a Lapping Film Progression System..12 Micron, 5 Micron, 3 Micron & 1 Micron..10 Sets on Chromium Oxide, 10 Sets on Red Rhodium Oxide & Onto Canvas & Leather.. NOS or Not the Edge had Corroded with the Decades of Age & was Jagged..The 12 Micron Lapping Film Done the Job Well to Clean it Up & Set the Bevel..I Had a Shave with it Today & I Have to Say..Its has a Killer Edge & as Smooth & Forgiving as any SR that I have in My Collection..I Hit the Money Button with this One.. 5/6 Days of Whiskers..Two Passes..Dolphin Smooth.. Billy..
I had a little extra time this morning, so I was able to squeeze in a quick SR shave with my Kiebitz. 2 passes and 15 minutes later I had a nice DFS! Th glacial lemon chill soap and the menthol aftershave sure was refreshing on this hot summer morning!

You guys take such great pictures that every time I want to post my pictures I feel embarrassed. Is it a requirement that all SR shavers take photography classes before venturing out into SR shaving? Do we have a forum for that at TSD?
Today I used my AW Wadsworth and got anothe DFS! Paired with some Stirling glacial lemon and menthol aftershave, I'm refreshed enough to face another hot day!

Not bad at all today. I didn't get as smooth as I'd have liked but overall a passable shave. The unknown soap I got yesterday lathered up decent. Smooth, didn't dissipate, no scent....
