I used the white Personnas also. They work great in my "I" and for a two pass shave, the "G" worked nicely.
A buddies neighbors dad passed away a few months ago. He let me buy some of his collection off of him. This is only about a quarter or less of it. As he was showing me the collection, I was just setting them down as we went through them. He had two box lids that it was all in... when we got done he said "everything in this box I would like to keep, everything in this other one you can pick whatever you want from." I said "Crap, I've been setting them back in your keep box. If you'd like to go back through and re-sort, that would be fine." He didn't.... there were razors in his keep box that I weren't in it originally that I would have taken off his hands. I told him if he ever wants to get rid of more, let me know. Anyway, sorry about the long story. Here's what I got for $50. Time to clean up and I'll post a few photos later also... I know some of you will be interested in seeing the one in the lower right corner.
The two white ones are Shick disposable. They have a clear cap and blade already installed... does that mean these are one time use and toss?
I stopped by Razor Emporium on my way home from work to pick up some blades for the MicroMatic that @Linuxguile sent me when I spotted this. I left there $20, including the GEM blades, lighter but very excited. MicroMatic tonight with the Hussy on deck.
Here is the repeater, all cleaned up. I could probably do some more touch up, but at least it moves now. It also has a full back of blades in it. My only question now is which model is this? Pat.5-18-26 is stamped on the bar for the head. Edit: I only thought it was clean... here it is after 15min with some metal polish.
