No picture today. I was in a hurry this morning. Shaved in the shower with a Fusion and canned Nivea shave cream. It has been many months since I used a fusion. Very near BBS. There were a few areas that suffered irritation. All in all, I was impressed.

Dickinson's WH Pinaud Vegetal The Mitchell's Wool Fat Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #90 Tuxedo synthetic brush. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Thank you sir - you are too kind The Epsilon 2-band knot is very dense and cloud soft, yet has a noticeable backbone - a fantastic knot, that I cannot recommend highly enough. I was just fortunate enough to crack the original handle, to end up with this beauty
Razor: iKon Shavecraft Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (4) Brush: Oscar 11, El Druida Manchurian Soap: Route 66 Sweeny Todd Aftershave: Folsom & Company Shady Past I guess the aftershave is appropriate for this shave. I didn't use the razor in the picture and I didn't use the brush in the picture. One of the key saying in the Marine Corps is to improvise, overcome, and adapt. So that's what I did. Had a change of heart and went with it. Long story short, an amazing close comfortable shave. The iKon Shavecraft is a razor you have to respect, but if you do it is a great performer. There is not I can say about this brush other than fantastic. In every way!!!
Shave 8. First shave with my ERN 1934 with a fresh hone from @Billyfergie. It was really helpful to have a high quality hone from someone who's work you know. It was a slightly better edge than my Never Fail but the same grind. So, what happened? I learned that my biggest opportunities for improved shaves come from me and not the razor. It was a slightly better shave than the day before but not revolutionary. No surprise but Darn!
