1. The Kai SE disposable razors have intrigued me for quite a while now - I mean a KAI-made disposable SE razor that many people actually like - and even compare it to the Mongoose...and that cost $2-3 for five razors..AND an option for SS or Carbon blade... I just had to find out for myself how they are:)
The handle is folded metal btw.

"Normally" these razors are either the Blue (Carbon blade) or Gold-S (SS).
You can order either of them on Rakuten Blue and Gold . Me, I was lazy and picked up my packages on Amazon in a box with all Japanese so no idea what will be inside them (I'm guessing maybe blue..or green(?) as it says carbon blades...

(And sorry I think I took the last two).

  3. Just an original handle for a 1914 SE.

    No cookies for me!
  4. Today I ordered a Merkur Progress (long handle) a jar of Proraso Red pre shave cream and ten Gillette Silver Blue blades to try.
  5. I get great shaves from the progress, hope you do as well.

  6. Having great luck finding Fat Boys in the wild, one of our members got his in the mail today. Soon I'll get to try two new-to-me items. A Schick G-1 and Cella soap.
  7. I intend this to be my last purchase of the year (don't laugh) as I have plenty to play with and keep me busy for probably the next couple of years

  10. Nice razors! I wish you luck with not buying any more shave gear for the year, it is not easy and takes a lot of discipline.

  11. Thanks! I think its time to settle down and appreciate the gear I have

  12. Staying away from reviews is key. Once I start reading reviews and fellas get talking about how great something is, I want it.
  13. Cyril Salter looks like it makes a great lather. I hear that's a really nice scent; unique.
  14. You need to buy some, you know you want it...:eatdrink013:

  15. Spent USD 20 / GBP 15 in total and picked up these little things:

    1) A Schick Grip.
Never tried one and this seemed like a good opportunity to do so
    [IMG]

    2) Four carts;
    - NIB Gillette Fusion (the one with five blade carts AND one more on the back for detailed trimming), woohoo!,
    - NIB Gillette Sensor Excel w/ two carts,
    - NIB, vintage Gillette Trac II demonstrator razor, and
    - what looks like a black Gillette Atra handle and four carts

  16. Well I guess that's a score but aside from that Schick pretty much an example of all the stuff I quit. Maybe for your museum of shaveing?
  17. Oh those carts will be used believe me :)

  18. And if the Schick doesn't work out... feel free to send it my way for disposal.

  19. I pleased you've been gathering carts. All the other gear is available for others now! Not me as you tend to find interesting, obscure, outside my price range artifacts. :eatdrink047:

  20. It is nothing big (just a 39 gr tube), but I have a tube of CTAPT shave cream coming from Russia.

It's been a few years since I used up my last tube and found a good deal.
