I received several tubes of this wonderful cream as a gift from a very good Russian friend of mine. It's to be used with a brush only.
Once again here's my planned shave for Friday morning: Neutrogena Men Facial Wash Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Parker R22/Astra day 5 Stirling Glacial Obsidian S/S Stirling Glacial Obsidian A/S Balm Fine Snake Bite A/S Splash Oscar de la Renta Pour Lui EdT This time there's no stopping me from getting Le Grand Freeze!
Slight change for tomorrow, but not much(I don't like doing an SOTD when all is the same two days in a row):: prep-Nivea 4 Men Bodywash(COOL)in shower*** shave-Noxema Regular* razor-the same one I've been talkinabout across the board A.S.-Wind Drift by English Leather(via Mem Co.) ***-I have another full COOL with me, but now that the weather is presumable getting more comfortable(re: less humid), I may just leave it there for next summer, and get a different Nivea or another brand). *I find that I can't shake the Noxema the way I can with some others. Interestingly it says on gels not to shake them, but it doesn't say it on the Nox.
Yeah they're fun. I think a 5-pack of razors on Amazon was $2.50 or so and they can be had for even less on rakuten (both carbon steel and stainless steel blade models).
September 13 Razor: 58 Executive (Set on 6) Blade: Crystal Brush: Stirling Kong Soap: TSD Iced Subzero Post: Cold water rinse, Alum block Been a crazy couple of days so just getting around to reporting the night before last shave with the Crystal blade. The blade really is sharp and really is smooth. The WTG/XTG pass had excellent reduction and absolutely no irritation. There was no pull, no tug just nice, clean shaving. The ATG pass was excellent with absolutely no irritation at all. Very minor touch-up along the chin and Adam's apple and I was BBS. Alum was quiet as a mouse. The only blades I have used that rivaled this one have been the GSB and the Bolzano. It really was a wonderfully sharp and smooth blade. They are also not too expensive at around $17 for 120 on Amazon and Ebay.
A late shave but a wonderful one. Gillette Bostonian, Rapira Platinum Lux, Frank Shaving Badger, Proraso Green, Witch Hazel and Avon Deep Woods after shave. A very good three pass BBS shave.

Baili TTO razor Treet Platinum blade Dr. Selby 3X SC Shave Revolution Metaloid Synthetic Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe CO Bigelow 1585 cologne Not my favorite shave but still a good one. The Baili/Treet combo, although smooth enough, just didn't cut the stubble like I wanted. The Shave Revolution Mealoid brush is a bit stiff/dense also. Oh well, there's always tomorrow. Now go enjoy your day folks.
