I agree, some folks just need to get used to the lack of a traditional handle.....and some folks need to not judge it by the Fashion razor name.....This is a very easy razor to get a close shave with... You should check out the earlier version of the Fashion Razor...it was even more aggressive, though still maketed and used by Ladies...here check it out:

This one doesn't have a traditional razor's handle either, but once you get used to it...It is more than capable of taking care of any razor business....Although I think the final incarnation of the H type (Hussy) has a much shorter learning curve....}8^))

Found the H Type in my mailbox, cleaned it, sanitized it, reloaded it with a Chinese Schick and prepared for my test drive. The handle made me feel like I was driving a stick shift in London alone while navigating with a folded paper map. I was fairly certain I would make it to my desired destination, but it was going to take quite a bit more concentration than driving through my hometown in an automatic! Lol!

Got a great shave, though. Although the handle (or lack thereof) made some shaving angles a bit difficult. Also, the shape of the razor head doesn't really give the lather anywhere to build up, so I found I had to rinse this razor twice as often as I usually do. The jury is still out on whether I'll actually seek one of these out for purchase, but so far, I gotta say I LIKE it!

Gentlemen, The Hussy and I have been having a lot of fun together.

Oh yeah, the razor. It landed Monday night and am a night shaver, but it had to spend some time on warm water and soap cleaning. So the first shave was last night.

I like the razor! It looks nice, it holds the blade firmly, its surely different but does not feel like a toy in your hand. As you can imagine, grip is a little awkward. At first I thought grabbing it from the sides was the best approach; you know, like you're grabbing her by the waist. It did not work very well. Its better to hold her closer to the palm while your fingers wrap around it or you will feel you are about to drop it with each stroke.



The razor can hold quite a lot of lather that rinses off very very easily.



I don't know how much thought was put into the design phase of this razor, but the ATG pass it the most efficient IMO. Most of the times my ATG lather it pretty clean but with the H this pass is where most of the job gets done.

I might have found my perfect travel kit. With a Wee Scot it would be just perfect.



So far so good.
Oh, BTW, I won't be showing but my legs just look better than ever.

Nice to have another convert. I grip the Hussy the same way. It works great holding it like that. It follows your contours perfectly.

I still have a few days left, but next in line could send me his address. I highly recommend using an injector, ideally one with an angle not so easy to get. It will improve your days with this fantastic razor.
