I'm looking at getting a FaTip in the next day or so and was just curious as to opinions on the Grande vs. the Piccolo. I know the Piccolo is heavier but if anyone has used both I'd appreciate any input on the differences....preferences, etc. Thanks!

A couple of years ago I bought this razor and completely hated it. Too aggressive etc. I've had on the shelf in my living room since. Fast forward to today and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it shaves with a light touch and a Polsilver blade. 30's old type, good to go for a 2 pass BBS! How time changes things.
It's definitely nice being able to come back to a "bad shaver" and have it work beautifully now. I have the same one on deck for tomorrow also.
Today I used my Gillette NEW SC. I had this razor plated in bright nickel. It is one of my very best shavers. I love it. Found it at an antique mall about 4 years ago for $20. What a bargain.
