Stupid auto correct. Typing on my phone while holding a squirming 10 month old. Fixed it:

Looks rough, did you buy it?

Yeah. Less than $10. It won't hurt too bad if it's a bad one.

Thank you. I love my ivory CH2 synthetic so I jumped at the chance to add a LE version when I saw it posted Thursday on Twitter.

The Chubby Synth. is the only synthetic I have ever used where I could close my eyes and almost believe I was using a badger. It isn't my favorite brush, but it might be my best. I would love to add a LE. Awesome.

I did a little horse trading with another member to get this Mongoose coming my way...

I had to give up a Blackbird to get it but I had two of them, and the more I get into SE and Injector shaving, my DE's just sit and gather dust.

I agree, the CH2 Synthetic might not be my favorite brush (it is close though) , it is one of my best. I like to say that it is the synthetic brush for badger guys. The LE Synthetics are posted on Twitter somewhat regularly. With the drop in the GBP, I got the LE for what I paid for my ivory earlier this year.

Congrats. I saw that one and it is looks amazing. I am a fan of the Mongoose. Look forward to reading your shave reports once you get it.

I have to say that the Single Edge may by my favorite razor I own. Period. It is definitely the smoothest shaver I have and, with a little use, is intuitive to use. I love having an all stainless injector razor to use!

The month of OCtober has given me The Itch. Not that they are expensive to start, but I've been seeing and hearing about these aggressive OC DE's being like a Fat Boy on 9. I'm already using mine on 7. I found this one owner Nickel Piccolo for 45% off retail. Should be here by November 1st.

Bit of luck on Ebay today - 10 bucks each:

Single Ring - as far as I can tell there are no bent teeth and no cracks in the handle

And this Solingen straight (no maker's mark) that might need a bit of cleaning and polishing. But blade and edge seem to be okay
