1. I am sold on face lathering with Arko. However, when I am in a hurry what do you recommend in canned shaving cream.

  2. Barbasol. The only canned cream I'll use.
  3. I know it isn't exactly what you asked, but I see quite a few people on here talk about Kiss My Face shave cream, and say it's quite good. It is a non latherer, so it should be super quick. My wife also uses it in the shower, and seems sold on it.
  4. I say Barbasol. It's good stuff. It can be a little dry when applied by hand. I apply it with a boar brush that has been soaking in water during my shower. The water in the brush adds some slickness.

  5. Barbasol yellow / skin conditioner is my favorite, but Gillette Foamy is also good. The scent of Barbasol fades quickly, the Gillette scent lingers but it's a clean soapy smell.
I find Jet has the best prices for Barbasol online.

  7. I haven't tried this yet, but I do plan to, soon. Noxema Aloe&Lanolin. (Note-I've used the white Noxema and liked it, and the Barbasol Soothing Aloe and liked that. With my recommendation, you get them both in what I think is an underrated shave cream.)

  8. Anthony Logistics shave creme 28085.jpg Very nice brushless shave cream. Gives the feel of a full wet shave experience. Skipping the lather process.
  9. Why would cream in a can be faster? It's only messier in my (very limited) experience.

  10. Another vote for Barbasol. Thicker and more moist than the Foamy I've tried and can't beat the price.

  14. Nivea in a can is so much better than any canned shave cream I've tried.

It is so good it rivals some soaps and creams costing much more.

  15. Late to this... On the contrary, Kiss My Face whips up an excellent lather with no effort whatsoever.

  18. I don't use can cream anymore. Dried out too fast for me. If I don't have time to properly shave, I don't. Cremo is good though. I used it before I started and it was better than anything IMO

  19. As mentioned, Cremo and Kiss My Face are good products. However, sticking to the subject of canned shave cream Nivea would be a good option.

By the way, it is available and can be found at discounts for the most part nationally.

  20. For canned products, Edge gel always worked better for me than any canned foam.

Just curious, but why does it have to be canned? Kiss My Face is every bit as quick to apply as canned gel or foam (it works with or without a brush), and does a much better job. Burt's Bees shaving cream is equally quick to apply, and also does a fine job.
