  2. Oh man that CB Connecticut Shade is good stuff! It has a strong "real" tobacco scent, plus the new formula is much more firm and far from a cream. Nice choices!

  9. I think I bought a decent Wade and Butcher SR $22 plus shipping. Rare as hens teeth in this condition I think!

  11. I am forging ahead in trust that you fellas know what you are talking about. I figure that if for some crazy reason I don't like them, I won't have trouble swapping them out with someone. And for the price it seems a safe bet.

  12. I'd be happy to swap if they don't work out. But I do hope they do work out for you :)

  13. An indurated sedimentary rock formed during the Permian Period in the province of Kwa Zulu-Natal, South Africa. It should arrive early next year.
It's primary use is to finish edges on straight razors.
  14. So what you are trying to say is. You are getting a super cool rock.

  17. If you're referring to the Voskhod blades, then there isn't any shortage of people who would trade with you. I'm one of those people. Voskhods are about as good as it gets - feels almost like the blades are gel coated but it doesn't stop the blade from cutting hair at all.

  18. Picked up one of Brad Sears' brushes last night when he dropped a few onto his ready-made section.
I went 'cheap' and got this faux horn one w/ Muhle Silvertip synthetic one as I really like the handle shape.
It was reduced from $90-something to $55.
