British Gillette Aristocrat #15

There is a lot of love for Gillette. Of course, they are far more reasonably priced than a lot of nice modern safety razors.

I love the head design and really want to try this bad boy, but I think the handle, although nice, is a bit plain. PAA really should kick it up a notch. Nevertheless, nice selection.

Definitely my vote for coolest. This thing looks like it can shave your face, and launch ballistic missiles.

This is an impossible task. It's like asking which painting is the most beautiful in the Louvre?
However, one very beautiful exemplar would be the 1955 Gillette President. Humbly presented here for your approval.

Very Nice! is that original finish or replate? It must be Rhodium because nickel never looks that good.

That's a beautiful Aristocrat set. Not just the razor but the blade bank and the box and lining seem in almost perfect condition. Lovely score!

Well...I really like my 1958 Fatboy (the first razor I ever wanted), and had the handle replated in Rhodium, while leaving the doors and center bar in their original nickel (sort of like the President); I think it is very, very good-looking.
But...I find myself smitten by the ATT open comb look, especially perched on a UFO Colibri.
Oh, and pics...

I have about three dozen razors, so this was a hard task.
