Today's decadence began with my first lathering of a Route66 product, thanks to Charlie
@wristwatchb . Huge tub, great scent (Thanks Kathleen!), and easy loading with a Tuxedo knot secured in Tom's
@twhite homage to the Rubberset 400 handle. I didn't need to bloom the soap, just a 15-20 second rub with the nearly dry knot. Into suribachi with a few added drops of water piled up plenty of lather. It's slick, didn't break down, gave plenty of glide for the Bunny's sharp tooth. Got my three passes, did some bunny slides, a little cleanup, and had lather to spare. I do like how the Rout66 soap rinses easy out of equipment and off my face. Took the obligatory alum swipe, and it was cool. A splash of Canoe complimented the soaps scent, so I added a dash of cologne before I left the house. It's a few hours later now. No adverse reaction to the lanolin. Quite the contrary. My face does feel good. Decadent!
Good Shaves Y'all!
