December 16, 2016 ATT Calypso R1 Feather Zenith B02 Boar Nuavia Blu Witch Hazel A wonderful shave this morning to end the week. The big Zenith Boar whipped up the Nuavia Blu quickly and easily. The softness of the brush coupled with it's good backbone makes face lathering a pleasure. Three passes with minimal touch ups ended with a near BBS. I am finding the ATT Calypso R1 to be an efficient and comfortable razor to use. I hope everyone has a great Friday.

Thank you. With all the snow you've been having I can understand the appreciation of anything green. Stay warm my friend.
Hello TSD - this is what I used today: - Route 66 "Ghost Town" - Virginia Sheng 24mm Silvertip - Japanese 6/8'' - Lucky Tiger AS Fantastic shave. Nice and slick soap, very soft brush (that did not shed nearly as much as last time) and an incredibly sharp and smooth razor. The only thing I don't care for much is the Aftershave. It neither smells good nor did it have any positive effect on my skin.

I absolutely love it, but it is shedding a bit. It seems to be slowing down, only lost three today. Hopefully a couple more lathers and it will have them all worked out. The first lather I probably lost 20. I combed it out, plucked the volunteers, then 6ish the next couple, then 3. Fingers crossed that they just weren't attached in the first place. It reminds me performance wise of my Simpson Commodore X3 Best, but probably a hair softer. It is silvertip soft. The handle is a winner. It is good and heavy, so it doesn't feel cheap at all. Calling it butterscotch is a stretch though. Blaze orange would be more accurate. I like it regardless. I have only heard one other complaint about it shedding right away, and then he hasn't said anything else, so especially knowing that Rod will back his products 100%, I wholeheartedly recommend.

Weber DLC razor 7 am Platinum Plus blade Vie-Long Silver Tip brush Taconic Mint & Eucalyptus SC Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe M&L Florida Water cologne w/added menthol Decided to use my Weber again, it's been awhile since I did. The 7 am blade was definetely not a good choice and that's all I'll say about that. The Taconic SC is very nice, easy to lather and that lather is great. Just don't care for the small container it comes in. So, it's an OK shave that will do for today. Now go enjoy your day folks.
