Took out the Schick G, which I haven't used in a while, and loaded it with a fresh blade. Besides giving me great shaves, Schicks are great at changing the shape of my goatee, which I needed it to do as I'm making it wider. I was rewarded with a great three pass BBS shave, silky smooth, and when the time is right, I will be putting on some of the Everest Cologne.

I only have a G, so I'll take your word that it shaves like an I.

I think you should get an I. I prefer my I2 to my G series.

Had not realised this Razor could take a Twin Blade. What plate was it loaded on and how did the Shave Go . I am awaiting delivery of one from over the water. Have a few Twins already not being used much, as though it shaves well, am not in love with the looks of the Schick Adjustable.

Some of us with short term memory issues would benefit from the dots being visible on the plate when installed. Used mild plate in error, but hey still a great shave. Obviously distracted knowing my new Schick B1 is trapped in the big freeze somewhere. Aaaargh.

Nice shave this morning with a fresh Chick blade and the I1. Smooth and comfortable. I'm back home after some mediocre-at-best hotel shaves. It's good to get back to your gear.
