    Have a great evening!
  13. Second shave w/ the O5

Also got to try V53 of @grooming_dept 's upcoming soap and it was incredibly even better than V51 (less thirsty and even easier to lather) - that I already thought was stellar. Very impressed.

  14. Razor: Gillette Executive Gold Adjustable Fat Boy (F 1) 1960.
    Blade: Kai Stainless Steel (2)
Brush: Rubberset 400 Unmarked w/Omega Pro 49 knot
    Soap: Route 66 Barbershop Hop
    Aftershave: Old Spice Fresh Lime

Outstanding near BBS shave tonight with products I really enjoy. The Route 66 is a nostalgic stroll down memory lane with this light, clean, slightly sharp powdery fragrance. Bright orange zest, mingled with hints of aromatic spices reminiscent of a splash of aftershave in a traditional barbershop. This soap is as slick as slick can be. I don't believe I've used a shave soap that is more slick than a Route 66 shave soap. I think I could paint a house with this brush. This is truly a lather monster. The finish with Old Spice Fresh Lime was the icing on the cake.

  16. Now that looks like a refreshing shave!
  17. Sure was Guy. I stayed inside for my picture today as it is pretty cold out.
I just got back from the mail box, and it appears there is a package from Retro Shave. That's funny because I didn't order anything from Kathleen. I should probably contact her to make sure it was sent to the right person.
Anyway Guy it was a great classic shave tonight. Thanks for noticing. :) :happy088:
  18. Very good photograph Guy. That is one beautiful scuttle.
PickledNorthern, ram57 and clint64 like this.
