Once adjusted to the narrow cutting angle I coasted to a pretty flawless shave with Mr B and C, the head shave with the C was particularly impressive. It just made a big jump in the pecking order. I think they're both armed with Plus Plats on second or third use.

Cotton Bowl-why doesn't that stadium get the attention it deserves these days????

Unfortunately the Cotton Bowl is no longer played there as it's played in AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

Well, that's part of the shame-the STADIUM is still there, so shouldn't the classic remain there? I guess not, due to the "larger newer" facility. Stinx.

You would think but like everything it's all about maximizing revenue. Here's a thought, the construction cost of the original Cotton Bowl in 1930 was under $500k. The construction cost of AT&T Stadium (aka Jerry Jones' Shrine) was over a billion!

First shave with the Wade & Butcher. Big heavy blade. My face is smooth... I'm finding my left hand is working very well as I refine my technique. Much easier to do the left side with. Last shave of the year.

After three days of not shaving, I needed to use one of my razors that would give me a great and comfortable shave without any trouble. Well, it really wasn't a no brainer as the Gillette New Open Comb fits this perfectly. With a thick and creamy lather produced with the Frank Shaving brush and Love My Skin soap, I had no trouble mowing down my beard, leaving it silky smooth. An excellent three pass BBS shave without any sting from the after shave, which in itself is a rarity for me.

The TABAC face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #100 Two-band Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Injector with a Chinese Schick blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Mennen Skin Bracer After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Yes, I know about the revenue thing. I guess I'm just an old-school kinda guy. At least call it AT&T Bowl from here on out, and I'll be satisfied(or the Jerry Jones Bowl). Last night we had the Orange Bowl, but the Orange Bowl has been torn down Get some name-changing happening, is what I say.
