From the land of forgotten razors (an estate sale) another Fat Boy. I do enjoy saving these from the trash can. It still had a blade in, crusty, and squeaked on last quarter turn. A quick scrub reveals E4 date code ('59), user grade brassing on the handle, but smooth adjustments and straight doors and guards. Tapatalk Via Kyocera
I use injectors almost every day. If not using an injector then I use an SE. So I couldn't pass up this deal when I guy on a BST forum offered these for really cheap. I took all he had! 15 containers!
You get a good price? I almost bought some more off the 'bay yesterday, just under $4 a pack, I think. It was from a new seller, though, zero feedback.
That was about the price I got. I offered him a flat rate for the whole lot and he took it. $4 a pack is really good price.
Received these today I want to thank @Jayaruh for the #88 brush. I will have reknot it as the knot got knotted up in the test lather . I want to thank @Red Rider for the Canadian tech! I'll be shaving with it tomorrow! Love it!
You almost made it three whole weeks into the new year. I'd say you did pretty darn good. This whole "no buy" idea is highly overrated (IMHO). If you're going to fall off the wagon there's no better way to do it than with a FatBoy and an Old Spice mug. Congratulations and welcome back to the brotherhood of the addicted.
PIF from @Jorvaljr today. Some sample soaps and a DE with blades to try. I think I will put them to good use on my neck. Just to think, I was going to skip shaving today. Silly me. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
Enjoy them. That handle will fit both heads. You have a mild in the tech head and aggressive in the old type oc head. Your current razors is in the middle of both. So you should feel a difference in your shaves.
