Yes, I wholeheartedly agree. I'm not a menthol head, I just like the smooth chill, not a face freezer. I'm not comfortable with higher than Green, so this one suits me perfectly. The only downside is, that now I'm craving more Maggard soaps.. lol
Well thats is very reasonable then =) i dont know why i think I want it to be stronger =P i cant handle a lot of menthol
I like stronger than Proraso Green, but bot much stronger =P i havent found the sweet spot yet. Is the soap that good? =) i have like 5 soap brands i Would Love to try. Maggards is one of them
Yes, I think it's very good. It's the artisan from Through the Fire Fine Craft that makes Maggards artisan soaps. I'm eager to try the Lime & Bergamot from Maggard as well
International trade with member Jack @Sparrow netted me a very fine truly authentic Japanese Suribachi bowl. These are great for working up a lather. Wide and low so brushes don't bang the rim. My previous bowl is smaller at 350ml. This one at 500ml fits my hand well. The unglazed base sets in my palm for a slip free grip. I'm really liking the rough textured symmetrical finish inside the bowl.
Another WM on the way to work this morning, picked up some new Aqua Velva Sensitive 5 in 1 balm ($2 off coupon). Also noticed the Musk has a retro style label for the 100th anniversary.

My package from IB arrived today. Man, all of these smell dynamite. The Baby Smooth (my 2nd) is fabulous.
Looks near mint...doors are kinda off when they open, but it closes up tight and blade gap looks even. Best of all, it shaves like one of the best ever made. Polsilver SI for a near BBS. Kinda wondering if it would be worth sending it off for tweaking.
Got together with an old friend today, Mort. He brought me this fine shaving tool, an H. Boker & Co. 5/8 Extra Hollow Ground razor.
