This is the tallow version; easy to lather, great protection, very slick. The scent is incredible; vanilla, cinnamon and spices. I also pick up a light orange scent. I put on the AS this morning, several compliments at work. 12 hours later a nice lady in the grocery store told me I smelled nice, very good staying power. It's an excellent product. Zero irritation from the PAL tonight. I might have to try more from Uncle Jon's. Have a great day folks!
Thurs 9th Feb The Schick E2 aided by the Barber Shop Lather from the Vitos Red, delivers an excellent Shave. Just don't rush !

Fri 10th Feb Tried the Kampfe Bros Star Lather Catcher out with a modern blade, as I do not have the expertise to prepare the original blades[not that I have any suitable ones]. Pleased to say that I attained a more than passable all round shave with no mishaps.
