  1. Hey Roby, how do you like the Stirling Electric Sheep? How's the scent?
  2. Ah! I see further down you had answered that question already.
  3. Hi Jim. It's my favorite soap. NOTHING lathers like it. Love the scent. VERY strong, crisp citronella and citrus. Love

  6. I joke. It is actually one of my favorite scents, in what is absolutely my favorite soap.
  7. Bird, you're spot on! The Gem OCMM is one of the best all time razors, PERIOD!

I was afraid to use it based on all that I heard of it being so aggressive. Was I ever surprised the first time I used it! It was a BBS on the first try with no irritation and not even one weeper!

It's all in the technique with this razor. Granted, YMMV, but used right, this razor blows away DE razors. I wonder why Gem didn't rule the world with this baby. The TTO mechanism is nothing short of a technological marvel! The weight and balance is just superb!

Of course, that's just my opinion.
  8. This week's party was with a Schick E3 Imperial

  9. Decent performance from the G3 but just can't feel the love. One pass with the G, two with the Shake Sharp/Wilkie. Nothing cuts as nicely as the SS with a fresh edge.

  15. You won't regret it and, after a few uses, you might even begin thinking it was the best purchase you've ever made!

Take it slowly and use a light touch. Watch your angle and you'll get a BBS in 2 passes guaranteed! You're going to love this razor!

  16. Herm, What do you think of the Black Hawk SE? It is a nice looking razor.

  17. It's VERY VERY light (aluminum). Nice finish. I'll let you know how it shaves tomorrow. I've been afraid of it because I've heard it's more like a straight than a SE. We'll see.

  18. I'd pass on #6, 10, and 13. The old ones are, as you noted, harsh. Some might say, "garbage." Not worth it.

I'm not aware of the holes making a difference in any injectors. :happy088:

  19. The holes are necessary for the fork in the Hydro-Magic razors. You may get in other blades bit you're bound to fork up the head if you get my drift.

  20. You definitely DO NOT want to ever put a twin blade in a Hydro-Magic or rinsing lever Schick but I'm not aware of how the different shaped holes would affect one. :kar:
