1. I dropped out of the scene for awhile and have not tried any of the new artisan soaps that are so abundant these days.

    Among my favorites are:
    Tabac
    Speick
    TSD Monkey Farts
    TSD Blue Juniper
    TSD Tommy Bahama Type
    TSD Seabuckthorn

    Cella

Nana June Citrus Wake Me Up (shop closed a long time ago)
Kokak, Yehuda D, Carbide Mike and 3 others like this.
  2. My favorite: Captains Choice Bay Rum
Her favorite: The Blades Grim Smolder.

Kokak, Yehuda D, Carbide Mike and 5 others like this.
  3. Here are a few of my favorites

Queen Charlotte Cayman which is a bay rum scent of theirs.

WSP Lavender they use Bulgarian lavender and that is my favorite type of lavender.

IColonaili smoked mango. Can't really describe it though.

Mystic Waters Adirondack Jack. Kind of a sweet tobacco and outdoorsy scent.

Speick with its lavender, spice and Speick plant scent going on.
  4. My three faves, in all seriousness:

    R66 Lumberjack
    Arko
    Barbasol Pacific Rush
blondblue, CarlfromMO, Kokak and 6 others like this.
  5. Perfect! I'm with you on that, I've just never been able to put it into words as well as you did.
  6. William's mug soap, anyone? I know Swarden loves the stuff.

  7. I'm easy I guess cuz the scent isn't as important to me as the function of the soap/cream so mine are pretty easy.

TSD Lemongrass - absolutely love the scent and that it works so well is a bonus
Dr Selby 3x SC - they say it's lavender but it's not to me. However, it works super and smells like a garden with all the different scents therein. It's also not a cream but a soap.
CO Bigelow SC - works great for me and I like the slightly medicinal scent. Don't know why but I do
  8. I really have to venture more with regards to creams and soaps.

Really like the cherry / almond smell of Cella and mint of Proraso sensitive green tea and oatmeal soap. Not to keen on other Proraso scents.
Kokak, Yehuda D, crackstar and 2 others like this.
  9. What's TSD stand for?

  13. Brut green bar soap, at finer Dollar Trees everywhere.

Chiseled Face Pine Tar. It is exactly that and nothing else.
  14. I love the brut bar soap. I saw them one day in the dollar store and bought all of them on the shelf!
