I froze myself to the max and got an absolutely perfect shave. The Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo soap gave me the best of its beautiful Sharp Dressed Man scent with lots of rich lather and two boatloads of icy-cold menthol. The Diana balm is so moisturizing and it's also frigidly-cold. The Snake Bite aftershave stung for one second, but then its own special freeze kicked in. Bigelow cream face lathered with my newly restored Surrey brush. The I1 evaporated two days of whiskers and I'm left feeling nice and smooth. Good way to start the work week. Have a great day!

Day 5 of 30 days of straights As of today I can honestly say "Yes, I can shave with a straight razor." 4 passes resulted in a close, clean, and mostly comfortable shave. I had no cuts (a first), close over the whole face (including my chin, which is another first), and no places where I obviously missed. I am very happy. Shower for Monday: A repeat of Sunday, but I added the Clubman Styling Gel(hair)right before my shave. I really like how my hair looks and feels when this addition is done right.
