Epic shave today. Puzzle's name is fitting, the scent is definitely a puzzle. I came pinpoint much of anything, but my wife says she detects honeydew. It is a very nice scent nonetheless. The aftershave is top notch too.

Saturday's March SE Maddness Dove Men Face Wash Arko Jayaruh #150 H. Böker 5/8 CWR, Asma Alum Block Thayer's Lemon WH Speick AS This is my sixth shave with the Böker. The Arko Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #150 synthetic brush. I did two passes the H. Böker 5/8, I ended up with a close, comfortable shave with no blood. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Speick AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
I like the scent. I've used it two days and it's making a nice lather. It's not as slick as Route 66.
March 24 Razor: Weber Polished Head with Bulldog handle Blade: Gillette Silver Blue Brush: Vie Long Lord Randal Silvertip Soap: Razorock The Stallion Aftershave: Fine American Blend Hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday! Today has been rather dreary as the rain has been going all day.
Friday's Shave: Last shave for the week. This week I have been going through all my "woodsy" scented soaps. The last one today is Stirling's Coniferous. A great scent with great lather. Merkur 34c with a Gillette Silver Blue blade, Omega Hi-Brush synthetic, Nivea and finish with a splash of Cella after shave. One great shave. The wife is out of town again on business - China this time. So I'm off to the local bar with a big TV, decent bourbon, and good bar food.
Tonight's shave was with a nice razor made in the USA. This was touched up on the Surgical Black Arkie. A 2 pass shave with BBS results. No issues. Nice shave for a 100 year old Razor. Razor- Genco Heavy. Geneva NY Brush- B400 By Tom Soap- ARKO/Sandalwood Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice
THURSDAYS SHAVE Prep: Musgo Real orange amber Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic Blade: Gillette Green Brush: RazoRock BC Plissoft Soap: Ballenclaugh Hot Barrel Rose Post:Lucky Tiger, Reef Point Dragons Blood Balm Had a excellent 3 pass shave yesterday. Was the maiden voyage for this cheap razor, nice and mild but eficicent. Got a smooth BBS shave. The scent of HBR is a bit unique but Ballenclaugh is a top notch soap performance wise. Very happy with the shave results. Friday's SHAVE Prep: Taconic Bay Rum Metholated Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic Blade: Gillette Green Brush: RazoRock BC Plissoft Soap: Gingers Garden Maharani tallow Post: matching aftershave Easy shave this night. I think I prefer the tallow version to the vegan, but both are great suds. The scent of this one is sweet and perhaps a middle eastern vibe to it as well. Nice scent and the A/S scent lasts a long time which is a plus. Not as smooth a shave as yesterday but still on the mild side. Really enjoying this cheap Wilkinson Razor and wanted to try it a few times in a row to see how it goes. Can't believe this blade is still going it will be retiring soon. Hope everyone enjoyed their shaving experience!
