Coniferous & Gatlinburg. I bought these as samples. I am a big fan especially of Coniferous. I have enough soaps now, so I am taking a break. Besides I spent too much on razors lately. I ordered the OneBlade for my up coming birthday because I did not think I could get a Wolfman, but got lucky tonight and placed an order for an OC with a Darwin handle. I thought I won the lottery! Now I am pretty much going to sit back and enjoy everything for awhile.

Nice shave. Used my Fitjar soap after a long time because of it´s nice scent. It´s a very good soap. Smells like a fresh pine and creates a wonderful, creamy lather. After the shave i used unrefined Shea Butter which feels really great. A treat for my skin.

Smoother than silk today after a great shave with the Florena cream. It's so soothing and comfy. I like the Old Spice aftershave very much even though it's not the Shulton original kind. The cologne seems really different in scent from the aftershave - isn't that odd?

Mastro Livi Kamisori Simmetrico, 11/16 Full Hollow, French Point​

In this springtime sunny Sunday I wanted to enjoy a shave by using this Mastro Livi Symmetrical Kamisori made of Damasteel Odin's eye pattern. This kamisori delivers an incredibly close shave also thanks to the well known Damasteel's aggressiveness, a very performing steel for razor's blades. The soap I used today is a very special one: Aguzzeria del Cavallo - a well known shop in Bologna, Italy - used to make this great shaving soap for decades and, as far as I know, they discontinued its production. Such a pity. The finishing touch was delivered by Lucky Tiger Bay Rum, an aftershave - in my opinion - having no Bay Rum fragrance at all despite the name.​

A two pass, minor touch up DFS shave this morning. Of the 3 Proraso soaps, I like the white the best. Loads of cushion & glide. Creamy and I love the scent.

OTD: Early Sunday morning shave. My first with this newly-honed vintage "Red Head" 13/16" Solingen-made razor from Otto Fromm; Crowne & Crane "Cognac & Cubans" tallow soap and matching aftershave balm, Semogue 830 boar. Über-smooth, noisy shave. One of the best I've had in recent memory. Have a blessed Sunday, gents!

First shave of the week, and it was a beauty. The Cella whipped up into a slick, fragrant lather, thanks to my 10098. The SA-109/Voskhod duo set on "9" for the first pass started the shave in fine style. Second and third passes were on "7". This accomplished a BBS with no touch up. Alum was as silent as the steppes in the Russian winter. Some Dominello Vitali and Cella A/S(which smells really great) finished off one of my best Sunday shaves. If the rest of the week goes like this, it's gonna be a good 'un.

Woke up and it was about 62 degrees out with the sun shining, Opened the window to let some fresh air in and had a nice shave accompanied by birds chirping.
