Another good shave with this combination of products. Much better performance from The Rowl tonight. Symmetrical bowl takes a little getting used to, but I'm getting a good lather from this shave bowl.

DeHaven mod.
I picked up this really clean DeHaven Shakesharp on the cheap a few weeks ago. These take proprietary blades. Needless to say they are non existent. I was able to make a small adapter to hold standard injector blades. I will be giving it a test run tonight.

Chick blade?

Chick is probably the best marriage with the Hussy....I use the EMS/Personnas, but they require a very light hand with this lady, as that combination can be a touch harsh...If you have Chicks on hand, I'd recommend swinging that way....Let us know (a Stroke by Stroke account) how the 'Maiden Voyage' goes, pls.....inquiring minds want to know...

Killer 3 pass shave with this bad boy. The razor is a bit aggressive and very efficient. I would put it on par with an E2. There was no post feedback from the Aluminum Block.

It will bit you on ATG if you do not pay attention. This is a keeper.

Does the Shake Sharp function work with the blade adapter mod.?

Have not tried it. I don"t want to bugger a good blade yet.

The sheer heft of this Razor at 143 gms encourages you to just let the Razor do the work. The head design is so good that it is easy to find the shave angle, and just let the razor slice through the growth. Despite its size/ bulk I find it quite agile,and I can clear up my upper lip and lower jawline with ease. One of the best Shaves of the Week.

I've plenty of injector blades, I'll give it a go, when it arrives.
