Day 10 of 30 days of Henckel straights I used my Square Toe 7/8 Henckel 17 today. This is a nice razor. It seems to me that as I increase the size of the razor, the more willing it is to cut through whiskers. It is also I louder razor than the other Henckels. I got a really nice 2 pass shave today. I am liking the square toe for the ability to get into tight places, but I am a little wary of the square toe catching something and slicing it off. I did cut myself lightly in two places, but both had stopped bleeding before I was done shaving. Yes, after 40 days I am still cutting myself. But, the cuts keep getting lighter and less often, so I figure I am making progress.
