The Black Hawk performed quite well today as usual. I had decent lather from the Williams. It didn't completely dissipate on m for the first pass. The reapplication of lather for touch-up vanished within a few seconds. But it sure is slick! Good shave all around, not the best, but not bad either.

Im on the road for three days so the Schick i1 gets the call. Having the case makes it an easy choice for traveling.

Last night I used a Schick Type L with a TWIN injector blade (vintage schick teflon coated) for the 1st time. I found the shave a little aggressive and the new blade was as sharp as a feather.. Am I the only one that finds twin injector blades MORE aggressive than single blades????

I was able to sneak this Hussy into my shave den without my wife noticing, her asking price on the street was 20 dollars, I told her those days are over and she has a permanent home now. I politely asked her to wash up before we spend time together, this lady arrived a little dirty but look at her now, a Hussy just needs a good shower and a little respect! She is ready for me now, I just need to keep her hidden from the ol lady,

 

Did that brush come with it? Very cool - I've never seen those instructions before either.

 

yes, brush blades and box, box is a kinda cruddy, as the red layer is flakey. had a rusty blade in it, my guess used maybe a blade or 2 and stuffed in attic for 50 years. the blade case is gold, i will post box pic shortly... 20 bucks..free shipping. .. ebay seller named it eversharp lady fashion razor, 20 bucks is money but i am happy with it. i took the risk, seller had one bad picture and knew nothing about old razors

 

It shaves good. I posted a video of the first shave with it. Love the lather catchers!!!
