Nice and easy shave this morning with the Schick E2 and Route 66 Rum Runner. Terrific lather - rich, shiny, protective - all the positive qualities you want. One pass with touch-up for a really smooth shave. Stirling's Mountain Man finished it all off nicely.

    Have a great day!

Rob, it seems like you lost your box of soap in the move. That or the GF is keeping you too buys to worry about building a lather :D. Nice pic and have a great day my friend!

First shave with the Enders Speed and Personna Injector. I should have used a fresh blade to be fair, but even with a few laps on the test blade the Enders comported itself well. Not as smooth as I'd like ATG but that's likely a combination of blade wear and perhaps some fine tuning needed in blade exposure. Still a three pass BBS shave.

The injector blade sits snuggly in the tray without modification, but without blade stops has a range of exposure determined by its precise placement. A stock Enders blade with its edge removed locks in place on top of the Injector securing it. These razors are dirt cheap, in colors to match every outfit, and are well worth tinkering with![IMG]

I took out my recently acquired Gem Micromatic bullet tip this morning. Compared to my Gem MMOC, this razor is a pussycat. However, it was a very pleasant, smooth and comfortable shave. I also like the looks, weight and balance of this razor. I'm glad to have it in the rotation.

Andrew the box is gathering dust in my closet. Shave Secret works that well for me. Enjoy your day buddy. :)

    Razor: M3 Schick Adjustable (3.5)
    Blade: Personna Mini Hair Shaper
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22
    Cream: KMF fragrance-free
    Post: Alum, Listerine

After a few days' detour on the J1, I switched over the the M3 Adjustable today. Using the two back-to-back, it's easy to see how much different the feel is on the Adjustable than the older razor. This morning, at least, I don't think I liked that difference. I'm hard pressed to put it into words but it seems to center partially around the idea of "glide". I'm finding that the J1 moves nicely around my face while the M3 seems to want to whisk away all the lather and then drag on the damp skin. I assume it's something in the flatness of the head and the lesser blade exposure on the M3.

I'd be curious to hear what the Injector experts have to say about the differences between the two.

Two passes to an incident-free DFS, so no complaints there.

    Happy Easter to All:angelic007:
3rd shave with the Brass General. Such an efficient Razor, also found out that one can get a very quick Shave too without sacrificing the
quality of the Shave. After face prepped, from Start Lather to A/S application under 13mins.

The 7th shave with the General was another consistently smooth and close shave. The General/Feather Pro combo has been the smoothest artist club razor combination I have used.

Schick Adjustable today for a smooth shave. Used setting 6 for the first pass and then 7 for the clean up. I liked 7 a little better and probably should've used it the whole time. I need to try 8 soon. Regardless, smooth and comfortable shave.

    Have a great Friday!

But he persisted. Some gummy 3M tape adequately stabilzed an injector in the 1914 and delivered a fantastic cue ball head shave. In my recollection better then I've gotten from a GEM. And yes that's a Click on beard duty. Shimmed that plastic mofo to a beautiful BBS. Plastics.[IMG]

    Blade: Chick
Brush Handle: B-400 The Brush by Tom
    Knot: APShaveCo Tuxedo
    Soap: B&M Roam
    Post Care: Thayers Witch Hazel
    Alum
    Osage Rub
Aftershave: Chatillon Lux La Quatrieme Ville

What a shave I had this morning! It was my first use of this brush, @twhite is a genius. This handle is a piece of art and was a pleasure to use. It feels great in the hand, is well balanced with nice weight. The tuxedo knot is probably the best that I have used and was perfect for face lathering. I decided that it deserved nothing less than Roam for its inaugural shave and of course, the Roam delivered. The La Quatrieme Ville compliments the Roam nicely and is a wonderful product. It was a wonderful shave for this Good Friday. Have a great day folks!
