Awesome! I am going to wrote it up for the 30DC, but was just finishing up a review for the fine gentleman who sent this antique joy my way!
Charles Parker. You were arriving on earth as he was graduating to the next level. Your user name just dawned on me.

Very cool.
Yup. Does.
I will reprint here, but put it where you live first.

First off, much love and respect for
@wchnu sharing his SE passion with me. I really appreciate the chance to do this!
Well, it was good! I found the razor head to be intuitive, and it seemed to like to be treated like a straight. Nice low angle, really good glide on the bevel. Soap today was Arko, I've used it 31 consecutive days now, and wanted to use a soap that isn't a variable for me. Went with my normal two-pass with and against routine, with full skin stretching. The razor yielded my normal results, more or less. I did give myself a weeper or three on the upper lip, but that's about angle and pressure and not the blade or razor. The rest of my face was basically flawless. Alum was pretty quiet, and since this razor is a classic, I finished with a fave Pinaud Blend, Citrus Musk. Fuzzy sent along four blades. I am leaving Colorado on a nine day trip tomorrow, and will take this razor and the blades, along with a fresh Williams puck along for some extended learning. I feel like after a week with this, it will be totally routine. My assessment is that the shave compared favorably with my Schick G and my open blade stuff, and was easy and fun to use, with good results on day one.
