Looks like a brass General - is it any better than the aluminum version ? (I have an aluminum silver colored one )
Thu. 5/11/17 A truly excellent shave with the PAL Injecto-Matic this morning culminating in a dolphin smooth and refreshing finish. Enjoy your day friends.
Two Tech Challenge (Triangle USA vs Triangle Canuckistan) Rapira Swedish Supersteel Iced Orange Tea Arko SS Semogue BC Texugo The printing on the bottom of the razors was small enough that I don't know which razor was used on which side of my face. I used a Weber Bulldog handle on both. It doesn't really matter as I felt no discernible difference between the two. They both resulted in the same nice comfortable long lasting shave that I get from the techs. Will try again tomorrow, but I doubt it will make much difference.
Although I ended up with an excellent BBS shave I see the difference when I don't use a Stirling soap. The Gillette Menthol cream performed very well but it doesn't have the skincare that Rod's products have. This cream has good cooling as well as lots of rich lather, but the Palmolive Menthol cream is far superior. The Shambala aftershave smells delightful - a wonderful citrus blast and plenty of menthol! A great day to all!
SOTD May 11, 2017 Blade: Chinese Schick Razor: Schick L1 injector Brush: JR #142 black badger Lather: Proraso Green Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Piacenza aftershave WTG, touch-up Nice and easy shave with the L1 injector. Yesterday's shave was a little rough but today was nice and mild and easy-going. The new JR #142 brush was fantastic. I'm trying to finish off the Proraso soap and will use it every other shave until that's accomplished. Overall an enjoyable shave. Have a great day!

SOC made tons of cool spicey lather. The cadet took it away in it's close and loud fashion. Finish with alum, and old spice. Hope y'all did as well, or better.

I wish I knew about the menthol addition when I had the Barbershop last summer. Smelled good, but too warm for summer.
