I didn't realize that they still made the Red and Blue tips in '61 (my birth year, also... G3 to be exact).
These three sets arrived today. This is my first L&L Grooming products and first impressions are good. The Cologne Russe is a restock as its one of my faves.
Had to wait for the latest newest shop in town to open to finally find Pinaud Lime Sec on a shelf. Also picked up an Annie kamisori for a little MAYhem action.
I told my myself if I ever found a good deal on this scent I'd get it. I'm so glad I did, it smells terrific
I've seen it on websites, but can't smell them. Maybe I mis-remembered reviews. I was hoping for Jolly Rancher sweet, but it's light on scent. There's some lime, and plenty of alcohol. It wasn't the Pinaud Experience I'd hoped for. The disposable eyebrow trimmer has an almost serrated blade. I liked how easily I found the grip & it maneuvers well. Light plastic and less than best blade so I won't purchase another for all of 99¢.
For the price, I wouldn't have been horribly upset with three Baili or Weishi TTO's. Unfortunately, I think that the 'new' photos on the BINs are Nanji. Still waiting to see. As I got the one from China (BD179), I'm expecting to see the ones from the Philippines in the next few days.
Today I received a Saponificio Varesino Cosmo Special Edition Triple Milled Shaving Soap Beta 4.2 from Maggard's. I won it in a raffle from Saturday's meet, but must have missed the announcement! Steve
