  4. So today marks 4 years since my Mom passed. Moms are amazing people, and mine was on that list. Reading around here helped keep my spirits up. Thanks folks!!

  6. Glad we could help. That's a rough loss!
  7. Great news. The shaves get better from here.
  8. It helps to have a mom that you have memories of being amazing. Glad your mom was one of them.

    Williams Wednesday!

Back to the Injector for a quick two pass tonight!

Some highlights from the last three days.....

    IMG_1359.JPG

The @Drygulch Spike as promised, last night. I got through it without looking like I lost a fight to a cranky housecat, so that's a big win. Heavy Sheffield blade makes the Aust feel like a hatchet compared to an axe. Very stable in the glide, and still kicking after some laps on a pasted paddle and a finish on a handmade strop from Adam's leather biz. Good shave!

I would write something eloquent, and had a big blade review planned. These blades are not worth your time. They irritated my face and tugged a bit. However, the soap made it a good shave experience overall. No one needs me to tell them how awesome Stirling can be, so I won't. I will talk about the scent. Insane Citronella!!! Love it! Big thanks to @PickledNorthern for sending it out to Colorado for me to evaluate. Good stuff!

No idea what I am doing tomorrow. But stay tuned....it's MAYhem!

    Have a terrific Thursday!

    :)
  11. The day before she passed I was doing garden and yard work at the camp she and pop lived at. She was replanting flowers in pots while making sure I got things right. The classic country gal. Lots of memories like that. Thanks guys.

  12. Love the Williams. The rest of that stuff in the pics is not bad either!!
  13. All of those soaps are Citronella.
  14. Awesomelicious.
  15. I have 12 razors. That's plenty! Nine injectors and three SEs. I own a DE or two but don't count them as I don't use them.

  17. Good man. You saw my entire inventory. I have love for the collectors, but alas, I am not one.

  20. I would love at the end of the month to have 22 shaves without irritation (I don't shave on Fridays or Sundays so 22 would be the whole month) That would be a great streak and would definitely mean I have my technique down.
