  1. Guess what - my wife bought me a Williams puck this afternoon. It's still in the box and I did a scent comparison to the Electric Sheep soap that I'm going to use tomorrow. A guy I know here in Montreal has both and he tells me the Electric Sheep smells a lot like Williams. I told him he's off his rocker. I told my wife that I'll shower with the Williams, not shave with it. She said "As you wish, babe!"

  4. That CC is a beautiful razor Guy. I never tire of seeing it. And the leather sheath is perfect. "Rugged Razor Guy". That should be your new user name.
  5. Thanks Joseph. With all the razors I have this one is my favorite and though aggressive for my baby face, has yet to cut me. Now having said that Murphy Law I probably will do so tomorrow.

  7. Love the SS. I have a '47 as well. Great razor.
  8. I agree wholeheartedly. Clint is a super deep undercover special ops desert ghost delta force super black ops enabling operator. He hit me and before I knew it, he uttered 2 deadly words "smooth razor". Target Down. The SOTD pics put the nails in the coffin. It was a good death......:sick002:

  10. Got my 2nd shave in early this morning with my PAA DOC Evo S/S. First shave real good. Second shave just amazing. The most aggressive DE razor I have ever used, but just a fabulous tool indeed! 2 pass ATG & XTG with light touch ups and BBS from ear to ear. One minor nic on chin (user error, no coffee), tiny weeper by Sir Adam's Apple. Just a pure pleasure to use. Have a great day and shaves Gents....:happy036:

    Razor: PAA DOC Evo S/S
    Blade: Voshkod
    Brush: Semogue #1305
    Soap/Cream: SC Suede de Kashmir

    A/S Balm: Nivea
    A/S Splash: Proraso Sandalwood

    Thursday's Shave
    zcws.gif

    Nivea Men Face Wash
    Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap
    Jayaruh #170 Synthetic
    Ming Shi Adjustable
    Rockwell Swedish Stainless
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    Thayer's Lemon WH
    Aqua Velva Musk AS

The VDH Deluxe Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #170 Synthetic brush. I did two passes the Ming Shi Adjustable razor and Rockwell Swedish Stainless blade, and I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
  19. I am looking forward to your impressions of the brass General.
  20. Should be here tomorrow or Friday the latest. Still dialing in my DOC Evo, but I might have to squeak one in with the Brass General.
