Is that blade custom?

 

Tonight's shave was with a freshly honed and prettified(for Me) razor. It was a "Rust Bucket". I had a super smooth 2 pass shave, that left me near BBS(I was in a hurry). I do like these Bengall Razors. They are built very well, with excellent steel.

Razor- Bengall. Hamburg Hollow Ground.
Brush- Unknown Vintage Boar. It's my "Mighty Mouse Brush". It might be small, but it lathers like the biggest brushes I have, and its super soft.
Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy
Aftershave- Avon Spicy

 

Trying out some new soap scents and after shaves this week. Today's shave was with chiseled face summer storm soap and aftershave. Unfortunately the wife is not a fan due to "it smells like dirt". lol My new British tech with a voskhod blade and to complete the setup is my brand newly refurbished Ever-Ready 150 with Maggards synthetic knot which lathers quite nicely by the way! First shave using a voskhod blade as well and in the tech it performed great leaving nothing but skin on 2 passes.

Third and final shave with the Fatip and Perma Sharp and I made sure to watch the pressure tonight. As in, not using any. Very smooth result and a nice DFS was the two pass result. Perma-Sharps are extremely high quality blades. A fine product of St. Petersburg. I used the Route 66 Bourbon Jungle which I've ignored for a bit. It's my second favorite scent and it was a great experience as always with an uber-slick lather. All in all a nice way to end the final day of calm before the true mayhem of my month begins. Here comes the busiest four days of the year for us, and it couldn't come soon enough. These next four days need to be monster in terms of sales. Need a bed? Hit me up! I can ship nationwide.
