It is Menthol Monday, and I am actually participating. It is quite by accident, but I may make an effort to continue to participate.

The CO Bigelow Shaving Cream face-lathered well with my Heldtite Synthetic brush. I did two passes the Gillette Super 84 razor and Rockwell Swedish Stainless blade, and I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Florida Water AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I knew there'd be francophone mention as result of mon post!.

French is a beautiful language but it's not easy for most people to learn.

I guess I'd have to say I recall bits and pieces from my schooling.

Had a smooth shave this morning. Decided to go with Ballenclaugh and the rest of a sliver of QED, whipped up a mountain of lather in the copper bowl, and the scents mixed well with eachother. Very happy with today's shave results, and hope yall had a similar experience.

I have used brushless creams that would lather good with a brush. Not this one. The Gillette cream was very slick though and the Aristocrat amd Dorco did a great job. I was nice and smooth for work.

Shaving soap: Fitjar Fjellheim.
Razor: Rotbart Mond Extra.
Blade: Supermax Super Platinum (6).
After shave: Arko Men Cool after shave cream.

First time using a brush ith a Cashmere knot (also from APShaveCo).
Just as fine as the Tuxedo knot, IMHO.
