No, no fire. I am just seeing how the wood responds to different stains. I put dark walnut on the bottom and golden pecan on top for a contrast. It should pop more once I get the poly on it. This one will probably live here with me.

Here's the problem as I see it... goats are huge smelly animals and I can't imagine them even fitting in the interwebs, let alone not stinking the whole place up or trying to eat it. Penguins, OTOH, while "disproportionately rounded" contain at least enough body fat to easily lubricate their way through the interwebs to their intended destination.

I run my penguins through a trash compactor before shipping. I can get three in a large flat rate box that way. Use a heavy gauge bag to prevent leakage from the box and you can ship them fine.

Funniest thing today. Maybe all month.

No, in keeping with TSD's culture of generosity, I'm happy to share.

The polyurethane makes it pop. I notice that the 28mm knots will be delivered today. I can hardly wait to stick them in and see how they look.

My 28mm synthetics arrived today. Here they are just to see how they look. I am going to open the hole a bit more so the knot will seat a little deeper.
