My fifth shave on this voskhod blade was as good as the first as my Rockwell 6s easily and comfortably mowed down my stubble. Krampert's Frostbite chilled me more and took great care of my skin. A freezing, delightful shave from the Glacial Wintergreen trio. That menthol effect felt like heaven from start to finish, the new Rapira blade in the Super Speed worked like a charm and the Plissoft synthetic gave me explosive, beautiful lather! A great week to all!

Menthol Monday Hot water wash FS Silvertip Stirling Black Ice Gillette black handle super speed (D2)(83) Persona Crystal (3) Stirling Black Ice witch hazel and aloe MM again. This one was a very cool shave. Excellent lather, three passes and a touchup. I'm very smooth. Finished with black ice witch hazel and aloe. Hope y'all did as well, or better.

Maiden voyage Taiwanese SABI T-1 aka NY Shaving Mariner aka Toro Mastiff LH aka Boss Razor ($14.99). With Permasharp and one shim a very aggressive and efficient shaver. I had some difficulty at the end of the head shave where some ATG buffing was required and the Star DE proved to be an easier go at this cleanup work, but nonetheless a stupid good deal as the Boss on US Amazon. This razor is so smooth and efficient enough to get the job done. Three passes were enough bring home the baby. 05 June 2017 Cream: Proraso green Brush: Van Der Hagen boar Bowl: Dollar Tree salsa bowl Rasor: RazoRock German 37 slant Blade: Personna red (2) Aftershave: Proraso green splash I was organizing my shaving stash over the weekend and came upon my old VDH cheapo boar brush. Gave it a go Sunday and again this morning. Whips up a ton of lather very quickly. As it's really broken in, nice soft tips but with plenty of backbone. It ain't pretty, but it gets the job done. The RR slant is a real treat as well. Good start to the week! Just about out of my Proraso green splash. Gonna stick with the rest of this set up for the week and bring on Barbasol Brisk when the Proraso is kicked.
