He has a phenominal collection, especially the Schulze and Iberia!
    They are just gorgeous.
And so hard to come by in that kind of condition. @lindyhopper66 it's been a few months now, how are you heeling up after that winter fall you had? Hope all is well and keep them pics coming.

Got a wedgie :D It's amazing how keen an edge a 200 year old piece of steel can get. Two passes and a touch up to catch the baby.

It took me a month to get over the effects of the concussion. The elbow fracture pain went away eventually. I'm much better now and have ice/snow cleats for my boots now. Thanks for the kind words.

Now that's a razor! Smiling edge, yes. Is Le Chef a modern custom razor or vintage?

I have a few "plain-looking" British and American razors, but not really any "ugly" ones.

Thanks. It's a modern from Art Razor. Very nice workmanship.

Is it "Wedgie Time" again? I guess I'm going to need to look for mine.

I can always tell how a shave is going to go by what happens WTG on the point of my chin. Normally this razor is absolutely top notch but today it wouldn't cut the whiskers there for beans. Reduction with each pass was sub-par. But with more touch-ups than usual the big Napoleon pulled out a good shave. :happy088:

Tonight's shave was with an oldie but goody. I had a smooth 2 pass shave, that left me with a DFS. Zero issues.

I touched this one up on the barbers hone the 23rd, and edge still isn't quite as good as I would like. I think I should take it back to the 8k :signs002:

I love Sheffield Steel .Especially when finished on a Belgian Couticle .Seems to bring out the best qualities of the blade .Buttery smooth and sharp.

Well, I like this knot, IMO, it's one of the better synthetics I've used in quite awhile. (I don't use synthetics much however.) I had the handle laying around and I'm not wild about the color. It's advertised as blue pearl but not the kind of pearl effect I like. Nice shave this morning.
