  12. I love the handle-razor combo in that lineup. It works really well.
  13. Yep. Just hit the deep end of the pool with it. Go Nike all over it and don't quit or stray until you have it. Figure three months.

My new(to me) 1965 Gillette paired with a Gillette Silver Blue(thanks @Bama Samurai) and Ginger's Garden Octavia Noir.

"Whoa Fup! A different razor, a different blade AND a different soap!?"

Yup! My 30 day rule is over and it's a Sunday so I went nuts. I learned a few things. This soap needs WAY more water than my Gentleman Jon's soap, the Gillette is a bit more mild than my first razor and I need to work on my angle with it because the alum told me...everywhere except my upper lip pretty much.

A really good shave otherwise. Not as good as the shaves I was getting after a month with the same razor and blades and soap, obviously, but still a great shave. The soap will definitely need more water because the second pass left my skin feeling dry and wasn't getting very much glide. It is a very strong scent but I really like it. Overall a great shave that I hope to get down pat after some shaves.

Have a great Sunday and happy shaving everyone!
