  7. I ordered some Haslinger Sandalwood, and I look forward to using it, based on your comments.

I opted for the stronger scented sandalwood. Apparently, it comes in two varieties.
  8. Next time I get by one I'll pick up a pack. I have to give the Titan a try anyway so adding the Dollar store blade won't be a problem.

  9. June 13, 2017- Dorco Mini-Focus(?)

    Razor: Post-War English Aluminium Tech
Blade: Dorco STD-301 (Family Dollar) (3)
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22
    Cream: KMF fragrance-free
    Post: Alum, Listerine, WH

This combo is definitely doing something right because this is the first time I've ever been willing to use a Dollar Store blade for more than two shaves. DFS with quiet Alum and no issues.

  10. OK, Neal. This photo is 100% badger, except for the little feller in the bottom right of the photo. ;)

  13. When it comes to cars, nothing beats an Italian!! Love the photos. It is not just that they go fast and handle well, they look great doing it. to me, some cars look like the engineer designed it solely to do certain performance metrics. With Italian cars, they have to have a certain sex appeal and artistic flair about them.

    Che Bella Machina!!

  14. .

So true. The Italians just have a way with cars. Not just the looks and performance but the sounds as well. I would also add Italian motorcycles for the same reasons.

  18. My ADs caught up with me a bit over the past couple weeks. I've got a few goodies on the way:

    Haslinger Sandalwood soap
Mike's Natural Soap - Hungarian Lavender
RaintreeBotanicals soap (Etsy) - Spicy Woods, Green Tweed, and Bay Rum & Lime
    GSB blades
    Parker SRX Shavette

I also have some Palmolive soap and cream and a few GFT samples that I picked up during my recent travels.

And if that's not enough, Adam is sending me some Dirty Deeds soap, and Jason is sending my 30DC brush! Thanks guys!

  19. They are sweet looking cars in person. I've also spotted a couple of Aston Martins and a couple of Rolls Royces in London.

In the countryside, especially on the weekends, I've also seen some cool looking vintage sports cars.

I'm not a car guy, but it is fun to see them. I'll just stick with my Toyota. :)
  20. Oooops! Did I say the ale was really good and plentiful here? :happy097:
