    Not all blades work well with all razors... For me, among the best, I put the Personna Platinum, the Polsilver and the Treet Platinum. Also Astra Platinum are very good but, sometimes, too sharp and "raw". Personna are more "sweet" but still sharp.
    Treet Platinum blades are really good blades and very cheap.
    Voskhod and Sputnik are also excellent blades.

    +1 on the Voskhod. No experience with the others.

    Derby's were my favourite when I started too. And I had a terrible time with sharper blades. Over time you might want to try others again - I eventually came to like sharper blades better, although I seem to favour the relatively mild Astra lately. Just do what works for you.
