I use a mirror but rely more on feel and sometimes sound. I use a straight 75% of the time and some angles make it hard so see in the mirror. With a straight there is allot of feedback so 'feel' guides me to get the proper angle and pressure, the mirror is just to confirm my starting point.
I always use the mirror. I like to have an even overlap on my strokes. Half foam half shaved area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
I use a mirror because of my sideburns and goatee, even when I shaved in the shower there was a mirror mounted in there. Don't want to make them uneven.
To me shaving requires sight, sound and feel. I can't shave well without a mirror. I've done that on camping trips and the shaves were lousy.
I thought I was the only one to half-lap like that! I mow the lawn the same way. I gotta use a mirror to make sure the strokes are plumb, level and parallel.
