WARNING! this is what happen when you go completely crazy when using extremely-strong menthol.

Wow! I have not used Proraso Sandalwood for a while and I forgot just how pleasing the scent is, as well as the performance. The vintage Rubberset Boar whipped up great lather. The Star has got to be the mildest razor in the den, but that does not mean it cannot deliver a great shave. Loaded with a Derby Premium blade, babies and dolphins are all jealous. A little Aubrey Northwoods balm and splash, and it is a great start to the day. Have a blessed day gentlemen.

Excellent setup. Is the Meehan Sandalwood as good as the accolades proclaim?

The Meehan is the real deal. Just a little lasts a long time; blends well with other scents and, most importantly---smells like sandalwood! :)

Great shave! Nice weight to the razor and what a great shaver. I don't know what I need to do, but the smell of badger just won't leave this knot! I've washed it, shampooed it, lathered it, and the damn thing still smells. I've used it with all different soaps including arko and the badger stench still lingers. Lol but anywhoo... a great shave was had !!

    JR #85 brush
    CO Bigelow SC
    Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
M&L Florida Water Cologne w/added menthol

Super nice, comfortable shave this morning. Love the Variant and the Rainbow, tho a mild blade, works great with it. So, I'm ready to go. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Anchor. Comes in a four pack for about 6 dollars in Walmart and made in America. They stack very nicely. Pyrex makes a similar one but is more expensive. One cup size is just right for most pucks.

One of my summer go to combos.
    Brush - Parker Finest Badger
    Soap - Fine Italian Citrus
Shaver - Gillette New Long Comb
    Blade - GSB
Aftershave splash - Fine Italian Citurs
Finisher - Acqua di Parma Colonia

DFS and smell great. People might start mistaking me for a gentleman.

    My freezing Friday morning shave:

    Neutrogena Men Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed Astra day 5
    Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill SS
    Stirling Glacial Unscented AS Balm
    Stirling Lemon Chill WH
    YSL Pour Homme EdT

I'm such a shmuck - when I myself made my last Stirling order I forgot to buy a Glacial Lemon Chill balm. Mind you, the Glacial Unscented version is a perfect match for any other scent and it's got the extra freeze as well as the moisturizing and soothing that I need. That Glacial Lemon Chill soap is so frigging nice - the scent is delightful, the lather is a pleasure to work up, and the menthol effect (like all the Glacials) hits like ten tons of frigid bricks along with such a comfortable post-shave sensation. I'm crazy about the Lemon Chill witch hazel!

    Hey Friends,

here my Shave of the Day from yesterday:

Razor: Merkur 1904 Open Comb // Blade: Personna red // Soap: Truefitt and Hill West Indian Limes // Brush: Whipped Dog // Aftershave: Faena Xylon & Myrtle mixed with Jojoba Oil

Good shave. I like the scent of the Cream, the lather was good but gliding and cushion didn´t cought me. Maybe next time. Nevertheless i had fun while shaving.

Have a great time, enjoy your shaves and take care.

    Greetings
    Thorsten
