Cherry or strawberry are best. The sticks are pre-stained.

Razor: AlumiGoose V1 w/Hempel Titanium handle
    Blade: Feather (3)
Brush: TSD 30DC LE w/ LS (MS) Two Band
Soap: Route 66 Bay Lime Twist
    A/S: Pinaud Musk
    Bowl: Boise Mudworks Blue

The Route 66 Bay Lime Twist is a delightful synergy of pure East Indian Bay brightened with a generous twist of lime, mingled with ginger and supporting notes of lemon, lily, and grapefruit. It is a handcrafted traditional shaving soap formulated for long lasting, slick lather, with a protective cushion and glide soothing post shave conditioning.
I highly recommend this soap. The scent really fills the bathroom when opened.
I had a great 3 pass with a slight touch up for a BBS shave this evening. The 30DC LE handle fits my hand perfectly.

My LE 30DLC Brush handle arrived today and it's a beauty! Thank you @jtspartan for such wonderful work! Now to decide which knot to use.
    First the synthetics.
    Then the flattop badger.

I'm leaning towards the badger since it will be my first flattop. What do you guys think?

This soap was my first intro to sheep tallow, and I've really come to love the skinfeel. Shave eleven on the GEM blade, it's still hanging in there. Also, conincidentally, lifetime shave eleven on the razor. For those with SR skill, these old SEs are a really sweet shave. Very intuitive grip, and the heavy blade cleans it up efficiently, just like a straight. Alum was good, and it was two pass bliss. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.

    Have a great afternoon!

I put badger in mine too and I absolutely love it! I think Doug and I are in the minority, though.

    Razor: New LC
    Blade: Treet Platinum
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22
    Cream: KMF fragrance-free
    Post: Alum, Listerine, WH

Still unfocused but moving on from the OT to an early New LC. It paired nicely with the Trees Platinum to produce a BBS with no issues.

I think boar might be the minority, but a lot of people are going with synthetics.

So excited. Mail call today. Jason, this is a work of art. I have already destroyed my Shavey Omega 10098 with a hammer, cutting wheel, and sander. The knot was 29mm when I got the ferrrel out, but I got it trimmed down. Test fit before gluing.

I mentioned to my wife the we are turning this bad idea into an yearly tradition, and I needed to get popsicles to make mine. My wife said to use the tounge depressors we have. She is more concerned with me not following my diet than shaving with a razor blade stapled to two popsicle sticks.
