Just won a Schick 500 on the Bay. Have tried to load photos but they are to big. I don't know how to reduse the size on my phone will work on it more tomorrow.
Just adopted my first two Jayaruh Brushes; #111 and 112. Still thinking about what knots I'll install when they arrive, but very happy.

Nice one. That's one of the later ones with a L-type handle. I believe they are somewhat less common than the J-type 500's.

Knots ordered for handles I've made from moose antler ... * 2 - 24/68 pure black badger * 3 - 23.5/68 silvertip badger * 4 - 19mm synthetic * 1 - 23.5/70 silvertip * 1 - 21/65 two band badger Just a little on edge, as this is quite a large order for me, though I've been generally pleased with previous knots from the same suppliers over the past few years. I've already drilled and finished the handles, so hope fitting and setting the knots gives me some satisfaction, and not a world of grief!
