I gave a new Glacial Lemon Chill soap a go and needless to say, it did not disappoint me. As soon as I opened the jar the fresh, tangy lemon scent and powerful menthol greeted me and when I was loading my brush the scent became even more present. The lather was, as always super-rich, slick, with plenty of cushion as well as FRIGID. My Super Speed/Rapira duo did the job in fine style - hell, three passes were a cinch to give me that perfect BBS shave. The Glacial Unscented balm and Lemon Chill witch hazel completed the job the way I love it!

Catie’s Bubbles Connecticut Shade today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11/TGN HMW brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Gillette Platinum Plus still in the Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with YSL M7 Oud Absolu.

Favorites Friday
Lavanille has long been my favorite scent. I have not used it in a while, so this seemed like a great day for it. The Silver Surfer made very good lather, and the Rockwell 6s with a voskhod decimated my stubble in three easy comfortable passes. I finished up with the matching splash, leaving my skin feeling and smelling good. This razor and blade combination is my favorite for efficiency and comfort.
