Excellent shave with the Gillette Sensor 5 this morning. Three passes for a dolphin smooth and refreshing finish. Enjoy your day friends.

Oleo is legit.
Pelle Toscana has a strong leather scent. I originally thought to pair it with First Snow, but during the first pass it was clear Bon Vivant is my best pairing. I avoided pre shave today, to evaluate the post shavd feel, and Oleo measures up well, it also has plenty of residual slickness. The Colonel did a nice job, but I still prefer synthetics.

I will say that La Toja is an awesome soap.
First shave with the Focus R48 Dynamic SE Razor, I first loaded a half of a Polsilver blade but took it out because of the glue bumps, I felt that the glue impeded the proper closure of the head.
Putting half of a Voskhod blade was very easy, (I did put on my reading glasses) I didn't buy the base/stand for this razor, I should have, I reached out to the vendor to see if I could get one.
The blade is locked in and secure.
Since I use a cartridge razor often on my head shaves the Focus was very natural with it's pivoting head.
I am very impressed with the build and the ease in finding proper angle.
I'll need a couple more shaves to really have a feel for the Focus.
The Ever Shave Tuxedo is a super bargain for $15 shipped.

Nice and easy shave today. The Schick M continues to work really well. This sample of Soap Commander is on its 18th shave! Should get 20 out of it. That's a healthy sample. Easy shave overall.
