I've been a member for a little over 3 years with nearly 3K posts, most of dubious quality, and I have managed to avoid the CT.

I'm leery things that have nick names or given titles. Usually if it has a nick name you don't want to be associated with it.

For example:
cankles
Whale tail
Muffin top
Tramp stamp

There are others I will not go in to, but safe to say none of those are kind.
