Good photo of your surprise products. I haven't heard of Pacific Shave before, but I will remember the name if I stumble across it. And the wood on that brush is absolutely beautiful with a handle shape that is different and interesting. Those plissoft knots, of course, just plain work.
Great photos of wonderful families, gentlemen! Also, @clint64, that looks like a beautifully kept/restored classic truck your girls are leaning on. And that's quite the "sleeve" your one twin has, @mrchick!
I don't know if I've ever mentioned this before, Clint, but I think that Elite Razor brush of yours is absolutely gorgeous. A stunningly grained piece of wood worked into a beautiful unique handle shape that looks like it should function perfectly for both bowl and face lathering. And Envy White knots are absolutely great, besides setting off that handle perfectly. I drool on the screen every time that brush shows up in your shots....
Actually, I had to fit one of those thin plastic screensaver films over the screen of my BlackBerry PlayBook specifically because of my visits to the 30 Day threads and the various other Den threads on daily shaves and recent acquisitions. I was afraid that otherwise the continual drool would affect my tablet's electronics...
Thank you guys. One of my favorite razors and my favorite brushes should make for a very good week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Doug, you are living the dream! Lots of beautiful daughters in this thread! As the proud Dad of two, I know well how happy and proud they make us. Cheers, gentlemen.
Don't have many recent pics of the kids together, since the boy moved out. About ten years ago: And all grown up. Well this was a couple years ago after a football game. Won't be surprised if she is wearing the same uniform next year.
Thank you. Mark, Doug and I worked with Bob at Elite Razor to make us a brush celebrating our friendship here on TSD. The "Amigos" brush is one of my favorite brushes and I enjoy using it so much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thank you. Your girls are beautiful. Thank you Jared. Thank you Jim. Thank you. The girls went to a farm with all the props. I wish the truck were mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This picture was take a few years ago, but it's the whole crew. The guy with the white forehead plays golf. Sorry my hair was a little long in this picture.
Thanks, John. I think between the brush and the cream I spent a grand total of $20. (I'm pretty sure I got the Pacific Shaving cream at Target.) Surprisingly awesome value for what I ended up with!
