I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Col. Conk Lime Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #204 Horse Hair brush. I did the two passes with the Wade & Butcher Spanish Tip 5/8 Straight and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
  2. I used my AW Wadsworth this morning and had a nice three pass shave.

Very nice shave. I'd use this cream alot more but I like brushes so... I don't. I always get excellent shaves with this stuff and post shave skin care is about as good as it gets IMO. The scent is is pleasant to me but I couldn't attempt to describe it.

  5. The Weltmeister is what I learned straight razor shaving with. I revisited it today. Super sharp from the Arkie refresh some weeks ago, it provided a wonderful shave. :)

  9. Oooh! What a beaut!
  10. Thank you. It was a very lucky score from a member on another forum, who sold it to me at an amazing price.
  11. Ya' cant go wrong with those old Sheffield wedges (it appears to be a wedge grind as it has the typical evident 'wedge wear.') Silent whisker killers! :happy088:

I have one 'on deck' for tomorrow morning's shave!

Brilliant shave tonight! Haven't figured out the Welsh Slates yet, had to hit the CrOx after the first pass to keen up the edge a bit. It was still a BBS shave for sure!

  13. I love the look of shoulderless razors, your Tuckmar is gorgeous, I'm also digging the choice to use Palmolive and Skin Bracer. I haven't used my Palmolive in years, I need to rummage around and give it a try again....

  14. Epic shave with the Engleswerk. Made uber lather with Tabac soap & cream + a couple drops of glycerin. Was bbs after only two passes. Completed a third just for the fun of it:). Finished it all off with some Tabac asb and a splash of Tabac edc. Wonderful way to start off the week :bounce015:
